法国当地时间4月3日，中广核核技术发展有限公司（股票简称：中广核技/CGNNT，股票代码：000881.SZ）在斯特拉斯堡举行的第19届国际辐射处理大会（IMRP）上，中广核技的全资子公司中广核达胜电子加速器技术有限公司与法国航空公司签署了谅解备忘录。双方就果品保鲜、食品辐照、剂量检测等核技术应用合作达成共识，将共同推动农业电子束技术创新发展和相关项目落地。国际辐照协会（IIA）主席和中广核技总经理、中广核达胜总经理和法国AERIAL公司总经理Alain Strasser先生代表双方签署了本备忘录。
On 3rd April, French local time, during the 19th International Radiation Processing Conference (IMRP) held in Strasbourg, CGN Nuclear Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Stock abbreviation: CGNNT; stock code: 000881.SZ), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGN Dasheng Electron Accelerator Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CGN DASHENG") signed a memorandum of understanding with AERIAL Company of France. The two sides reached consensus on nuclear technology application cooperation such as fruit preservation, food irradiation and dose detection, will jointly promote the innovative development of electron beam technology in agriculture and the landing of related projects in China. In the witness of Paul Wynne, President of the International Irradiation Association (IIA) and Mr Hu Dongming, General Manager of CGNNT, Mr Kenneth Hsiao, General Manager of CGN Dasheng and Alain Strasser, General Manager of AERIAL Company signed the memorandum on behalf of both sides.

At the 19th IMRP, CGNNT demonstrated the latest electronic accelerator devices, the industrialization, promotion of the accelerator in the fields of polymer modification, disinfection, sterilization, industrial wastewater treatment, innocuous treatment of antibiotic residues and preservation of agricultural products etc. As the only Chinese director of IIA, Mr Kenneth Hsiao delivered a keynote speech of Irradiation Landscape in Asia during the conference. This year is the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France.
